What’s the biggest challenge you ever had to overcome?

Learning English. I lived in Vietnam for nine years until I moved to Las Vegas in fourth grade. 2009 was my first and hardest year in America due to the fact that I did not speak English or had any friends. There were times where I considered giving up and moving back, but I could not bare the thoughts of being considered a failure. The last four years I spent at WCTA brought out the confidence and perseverance inside of me. Even though there are days where I have doubts about not being good or smart enough because unlike my peers, English was my second language.
