Her favorite childhood memory is when she and her family went to Newport Beach, California for Halloween. Her dad was trying to tell them that they were going to Sea World. He got all dressed up by putting on a swim cap and a trash bag to look like an Orca. He was flipping around like a fish out of water. She also talked about her grandmother who is her biggest role model. “My grandmother moved to Northern Nevada from Oklahoma when she was in her twenties because she had received a teaching job.” During the winter, her grandmother was driving on black ice when she skidded of the road a hit a tree. It was about a day later before anybody found her. She was found with a broken arm. But that didn’t slow her down. “She just kept going!”
