If I were to give advice to my past self I would give it to me in ninth grade aka fourteen year old me. I would tell myself to look at reality and see who your real friends are. Don’t let people take advantage of you for what you have and you don’t always have to be nice to “friends.” Don’t think you have to buy branded clothes, act a certain way, and pretend you are something you’re not. Past self, I know this sounds cheesy but live in the moment, do what you want, wear what you want. Trust me, you will find friends that don’t care, and that’s what friends should do. You shouldn't be defined by other people's words. Also stop skipping school!
